Property Description (Lower Level):

The lower level of the property is approximately 10 acres of flat open land. The land borders a fresh spring creek and Rio Division to the south, a 20 acre open flat area to the east, and mountain ranges to the west and north.

Current fruit bearing trees on the lower level include 4 mango trees, 3 pejivaye trees, 1 avocado tree, 1 breadfruit tree, and several papaya trees. Other trees include a huge 80 foot tall tree, located in the middle of the open flat area.

For 9 months out of the year, a waterfall cascades down from the north mountain ridge to the lower level, creating a small creek that cuts through the center of the flat open area, to join with the creek along the southern border of the property.
