Lower Level Buenaventura Property Property Description (Lower Level): The lower level of the property is approximately 10 acres of flat open land. The land borders a fresh spring creek and Rio Division to the south, a 20 acre open flat area to the east, and mountain ranges to the west and north. Current fruit bearing trees on the lower level include 4 mango trees, 3 pejivaye trees, 1 avocado tree, 1 breadfruit tree, and several papaya trees. Other trees include a huge 80 foot tall tree, located in the middle of the open flat area.
